Our projects are ready to be built. The next step is to hire an architect or engineer in the area you plan on building in, so he can review the project, sign as the project appraiser, structural calculator, director of the work, do the transactions to get your construction license, and then build your house. He should, before any construction begins, know the ground resistance, to avoid building in zones with high risk of landslides, washes, riverbeds, geological faults, etc. He should also verify that there is access to services of water, sewer, electricity, telephone, cable, etc., and make the correct and necessary changes to build your project on your lot.

Giving the impossibility of knowing your lot, the builder, the quality of the materials that are to be used, workmanship, constructive process, and having no real security that they follow the plans exactly as they are, and not being able to supervise the work, Arquimex is not responsible for faults, errors, or negligence during the construction, or a bad interpretation of the plans, as well as not being responsible if denied a construction license for causes not pertaining to the project.

In case a situation arises, due to many different counties in our country, that the inspection of a project is done more on personal criteria, where additional information is requested, a correction or another plan is needed, Arquimex is committed in correcting or sending additional information without cost to you, simply and only if it does not cost more then 10% of the project price. Since we are dealing with documents that can easily be reproduced, Arquimex does not offer refunds.

Arquimex is at your orders at no additional cost whenever you have purchased one of our projects, to help resolve any questions or doubts that you might have, by telephone 1 (877) 859-9424 from the US, 01 (664) 630-0247 from Mexico or by email at [email protected] .

The plans and projects are protected by the rights of the author Arquimex, when you buy a project; you are giving authorization to build one (1) house for every set of original plans acquired.
