The projects include constructive plans with sufficient and necessary information for a professional builder, architect, or engineer to interpret and build your house.
With these plans you can also proceed with the transactions to obtain a construction license in the county your building in, with the signature from the responsible appraiser of your choice.
The plans are delivered in original, reproducible paper, on 30 x 90cm pages, in meters and in a scale of 1:75 or 1:50, by mail or by internet in a drawing program in PLT format, so you can print them in a plotter.
The quantity of plans varies depending on the project, but the basic information is as follows:

• Referring to special installations, like chimneys, heaters, air conditioners, Jacuzzis, pools, boilers, etc., these are indicated in some of our projects, but due to the diversity of name brands, systems, prices, preferences, etc., we do not include them. Special installations like these should be chosen by you or your builder overseeing them directly, with the regional constructive providers.
• All the constructive plans are in Spanish and in the metric system.
• The materials used in the projects are on a base made of walls from block or brick, foundation, floors, mezzanine and structure, they are implanted with reinforced cement, and in some cases the roof is made of wood.
• These projects are designed to be built in Mexico.

Once you have made your selection from the catalog, we personalize the plans with your information such as: name of proprietor, location, lot number and neighborhood, location plan, as well as the name and number of the responsible appraiser, project calculations and of any extra work that you have chosen, in order to proceed with the proper steps to get your construction license in the place where you would like to begin building.
